House Party Topic:

“What do you want California to look like post-pandemic?”

Think: Education / Employment / Health / Social Justice / Environment

Join us for a spirited but civilized debate, in a party atmosphere (BYOB!). But this is no ordinary party. This is a party with a purpose!

The Party: We’ll kick off the party with a virtual toast, and start the discussion by taking some quick “raised-hand” votes on various topics. Participants will submit their requests to speak using the chat window. We’ll then open the microphone to a single person at a time, to hear their viewpoints, comments, and suggestions. We will wrap up with another round of voting to gauge if how many positions were changed as a result of the discussions.

The Purpose: We’ll wrangle your undoubtedly thoughtful contributions and prepare a letter to our elected officials sharing the collective input. So join the party, and let your voice be heard!

Please also invite your family and friends to Zoom into the party at 4:00 pm, as we’d love to hear from them as well.
