In 2018, the Los Angeles Regional Census Table (LARCT), a collaborative effort comprised of community-based and other nonprofit organizations, was formed to reach hard-to-count populations in the upcoming decennial census.
Through the LARCT, organizations are able to share knowledge and resources, as well as coordinate outreach efforts with each other and government agencies, especially the County and City of Los Angeles. The LARCT, which meets quarterly, also serves as the Stakeholder Subcommittee of the 2020 Census Countywide Complete Count Committee.

In collaboration with our partners, Antelope Valley Partners for Health, L.A. Voice, Long Beach Forward, Pacoima Beautiful, and SELA Collaborative, LARCT meetings will be hosted at six different locations throughout the L.A. region. Using simultaneous Zoom broadcasting, participants will have the opportunity to engage with a multitude of organizations across the county without having to be in the same room. If you are from an organization focused on boosting civic engagement in traditionally hard-to-count populations, please join us at the location closest to you and help us ensure a fair and accurate count of all Angelenos!
