Members and Friends,
Thank you again to everyone who attended our general meeting on Sunday, June 28.
At its peak, the meeting was attended by more than 60 people!
We had the honor of a personalized video from Congressman Adam Schiff, and a visit from our State Senator, Anthony Portantino. He greeted one of the Club’s founding members, Elaine Hurd, who joined the meeting from Arizona.
The Western Field Organizer for the Biden Presidential Campaign gave us an overview of the strategy for summer, and opportunities to join the campaign.
Susan Mastrodemos discussed the Democratic National Convention, which will meet virtually. Senator Portantino is the Male Chair of the Biden Delegation for our Congressional District, and AnaLisa Swan is the female chair.
