Matters Requiring a Vote by Members
Per CCDC Amended Bylaws As Of 2015-05-17 the following items may only be considered when the membership is notified in writing at least ten days in advance of meeting
- Endorsements
- Resolutions
- Expenditures of more than $200.
If you wish to add one of these items to the Agenda for a General meeting, please propose or deliver the motion to a member of the Executive Board before their meeting.
Executive Board will discuss and vote whether to add to Agenda.
Secretary will send meeting notification to members 10 days before the date of the meeting, advising them of topics to be voted upon.
Monthly Meeting Schedule
CCDC Executive Board Meeting is held in the first week of the month.
The General Meeting is usually the third Sunday of the month (excepting holiday weekends.) General Meeting is 2:30-4:30 pm.
